Description
The call for proposals “Research on Future Cybercrime” (zCK), which is a research and development initiative, is divided into two subprojects (TP). The aim of the procurement in the first subproject (TP1) is to identify and analyze patterns in the field of cybercrime that will enable the early detection of global trends and, based on this, to develop a demonstrator in the form of an early-warning radar. In the second subproject (TP2), the aim of the procurement is to use future analysis methods to forecast how cybercrime will develop in Germany over the next five to 15 years as a result of technological changes. Both subprojects will take into account the technical, cultural, and structural conditions in Germany and other comparable countries (TP1). The scope of work is divided into three phases. The best and most innovative of the competing solutions will be identified and selected step by step as part of the procurement process based on the criteria specified in the solicitation documents.
