- Status: Project phase
Description
The aim of the procurement process for the “Damages Caused by Cybercrime” (SCK) project is to develop a model—including metrics and methodologies—for the comprehensive assessment of both tangible and intangible damages caused by criminal acts in cyberspace. The model is intended to systematically, reproducibly, and verifiably capture the various types and extent of damages caused by cybercrime (short-, medium-, and long-term, as well as cascading effects) and to be robust in the face of changes in the criminal landscape, in order to be able to assess future forms of cybercrime at an early stage. The service delivery is divided into three phases. The best and most innovative of the competing solutions will be gradually identified and selected during the procurement process based on the criteria specified in the procurement documents.
