Communication and imaging through shielding materials is divided into five main application scenarios (A-E) below. The aim of the research call is to deliver a prototype (up to TRL 4) that, in the best case, has the properties listed below for each of the deployment scenarios (deployment scenarios are to be understood as conceivable scenarios):  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A. Communication through metal walls (e.g. ship hulls, containers).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">B. Imaging through metal walls (e.g. ship hulls, containers).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C. Communication through sand\/clay (e.g. concrete walls, underground tunnels).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D. Imaging through sand\/clay (e.g. concrete walls, underground tunnels).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">E.
