Purposes and legal basis of data processing:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

The property “Gro\u00dfe Steinstra\u00dfe 19” is secured by video surveillance both inside and outside the building (open areas within the fenced property) and also in the area of public traffic areas up to 1 m from the building walls.<\/p>\n\n

Video surveillance is carried out to prevent criminal offenses, to preserve evidence and to exercise the domiciliary rights of Agentur f\u00fcr Innovation in der Cybersicherheit GmbH. The legal basis for video surveillance is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR<\/p>\n\n

Legitimate interests that are being pursued:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

Data protection-friendly basic settings ensure that the interests of the data subjects worthy of protection are not overridden.<\/p>\n\n

Storage duration or criteria for determining the duration:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

The recordings are deleted immediately as soon as they are no longer required to achieve the purpose or if the interests of the data subject worthy of protection prevent further storage.<\/p>\n\n

You have the following rights vis-\u00e0-vis the Cyberagentur with regard to the personal data concerning you as follows:<\/p>\n\n

In accordance with Art. 15 GDPR, you have the right to obtain information about the personal data stored about you. If incorrect personal data has been processed, you have the right to rectification in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR. <\/p>\n\n

If the legal requirements are met, you can request the erasure or restriction of processing and object to data processing (Art. 17, 18 and 21 GDPR). In accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, you can assert the right to data portability for data that is processed automatically on the basis of your consent or a contract with you. <\/p>\n\n
