Like all corporations, the Cyberagentur, as a company of the Federal Republic of Germany, also has a Supervisory Board: a body that safeguards the interests of our shareholder in relation to the management and its business activities. This includes, for example, profitability, accounting and risk management. The Supervisory Board also examines the annual financial statements, including the management report. The Supervisory Board is involved in all important management decisions and provides advice where necessary. In the interests of the best possible corporate governance, it cooperates with the management in a trusting and efficient manner so that it can achieve its aims. <\/p>\n\n
